Partner and co-founder Heidi Ann Lepp, Esq., has been practicing family law for almost 30 years after graduating from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey School of Law. Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a matrimonial attorney, Heidi is a trained mediator and collaboratively trained practitioner, as well as a Past President of the Somerset County Bar Association.
Partner and co-founder Mark. T. Mayrides, Esq., who received his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 1995, is licensed to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is an experienced mediator and has served as a Past President of the Somerset County Bar Association.
Partner and co-founder Sarah M. Eaton, Esq., has been practicing family law for 15 years, and is admitted to the bar in New Jersey, New York, and the District of Columbia. After receiving her B.A. from the University of Maryland, Sarah graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2007. She is a trained mediator and currently serves as a co-chair of the Family Practice Committee for the Somerset County Bar Association.
Of Counsel Jane R. Altman, Esq., has been practicing family law for over 40 years. In 2018, she received a lifetime achievement award from the New Jersey State Bar Association which recognized her contribution to the advancement of family law in New Jersey. Jane’s philosophy as a matrimonial attorney has always been that cases should be settled as fairly as possible for both parties.
All partners at LME volunteer their time as members of the Early Settlement Panel Statewide Program. They are involved daily in divorce litigation and mediation, as well as the negotiation and drafting of marital settlement, pre-nuptial, post-nuptial, and cohabitation agreements. Whether the attorneys are negotiating settlement agreements or working to enforce or modify existing agreements, focus areas of the firm include custody and parenting time, alimony and child support, college contribution, relocation, and division of non-retirement and retirement assets and debts. All partners are also extensively experienced in handling domestic violence cases.
