Heidi Ann Lepp, Partner and Co-Founder, has been practicing family law since 1993. She is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a matrimonial attorney and is both a trained mediator and collaboratively trained practitioner. In addition to litigating family law matters, she also serves as a Parent Coordinator and Guardian Ad Litem. Ms. Lepp is a Past President of the Somerset County Bar Association and has lectured/presented at the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. Ms. Lepp has been selected to the Super Lawyers List, a honor bestowed on the top 5% of attorneys in the state, annually from 2014 to Present.
